I prioritize diverse plant-based meal plans and mindful eating to help heal chronic diseases and improve mental health. It makes me happy when a client says, “My body feels so clean and healthy” after incorporating daily vegetable miso soup and multigrain rice into their diet instead of sugary muffins and fast foods.

Build Skills

Finding joy in cooking healthy meals and mindful eating is part of the healing process. Even my clients with little cooking experience love cooking with me. I provide food preparation and cooking tips along with simple, economical, and delicious recipes for all levels and needs. Mindful eating, Harahachibu, supports longevity.

    Functional Nutrition Consultation

    Enjoy a highly personalized nutrition consultation and wellness plan to address your unique issue. I also provide cooking and mindful eating teachings.

    $200 | Initial Consultation: 60 minutes
    $100 | Follow-up Sessions: 45 minutes

  • Yes! All you need is to have internet access. I can conduct our session in either English or Japanese.

  • Yes, if you are open and willing, learning to prepare and cook meals can be simple and fun. I work with all skill levels, equipment, and budgets. ❤

  • Yes. I will work with children and seniors. I have experience at WIC, assisted living facilities, care homes, hospitals, and schools.

  • I do not take insurance. However, I can provide a Superbill for your out-of-network coverage.
