Fruit was part of the seasons, traditions, celebrations, and even medicine. As a nutritionist, I still believe that fruit is one of the most powerful tools we have for supporting health and longevity. Plus, it tastes incredible.

I was in Japan past December and January..., as mother completed her beautiful life in December 9th, so peacefully. Her life was fulfilled and loved. Endless messages, visitors, flowers, and most of all, love and stories. I have been receiving from her friends, communities, and neighbors. Everyone was saying..., they had never heard her complain, but gratitude and encouragement.

With his straight pasture, clear and strong voice, and smile…., no one believes his biological age is three digits, 100.
